I seem to have let myself become seriously dehydrated. During puasa month, i mmg susah nak minum air. Especially during the sahur. Bercinta jugak la nak habis kan satu mug air masak. Tapi air teh panas atau coffee boleh pulak. I try to avoid these 2, sebab caffeine boleh buat badan menjadi lebih dehydrated diwaktu siang dan end up badan lebih letih. Anyway sekarang tengah cuba habiskan satu botol air masak. Tadi dah habiskan satu mug teh susu hehehehe
Dh balik next week. Cant wait to cook for him for berbuka. =))
