Tuna sandwich is a classic choice. But rather than plain tuna sandwich with mayo, you can add some fiber and vitamins in your tuna sandwich. Yang penting, my husband suka this kind of sandwich so much... ;)
Resepi :
Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan 1 tin tuna (remove the oil), shredded carrot, mince onions and diced cucumber, 1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise (or mustard). Kacau sehingga sebati.
